Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bedwen’s Coffee, we take pride in the quality of every roast. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Unopened coffee bags in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Unused merchandise (e.g. apparel or accessories) in original condition.

⚠️ Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Info@bedwenscoffee.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Replacements or Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer a replacement item or store credit instead of a full refund — especially for minor issues or damaged goods.

Wholesale / Café Orders

For wholesale or bulk orders, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work directly with you to resolve any issues in a way that suits your business needs.
