Return & Refund Policy for Bedwen's Coffee

1. No Standard Refunds Due to Product Nature
All sales of coffee products are final. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and for reasons of food safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened coffee bags.
- Products that have been brewed or consumed.
- Change of mind or subjective taste preference.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or issue a store credit for products that are:
- Physically damaged upon arrival (see Section 3 for process).
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error.
To be eligible, you must contact us at Info@bedwens.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number.

3. Process for Shipping Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged due to an issue during transit, the following process applies. According to our Terms of Service, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

a. At Time of Delivery:
- If the packaging is severely damaged, refuse the delivery.
- If you accept the delivery, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

b. After Delivery:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Info@bedwens.com.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and all original packaging.

c. Our Action:
- We will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
- The carrier will investigate. If they approve the claim, we will issue you a replacement or store credit.
- Please note: Replacement for shipping damage is contingent on the carrier approving the claim.

4. Process for Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error:
a. Email us at Info@bedwens.com within 7 days of delivery.
b. Provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect product you received.
c. We will review the claim and, if approved, ship the correct product to you immediately.

5. EU & UK Withdrawal Right (For Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU) or United Kingdom (UK), you have a legal right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods.
However, this right is waived for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, which includes roasted coffee. Therefore, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our products once the seal has been broken.

6. Liability Disclaimer
All products are sold "as is." Bedwen’s Coffee disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or dissatisfaction unless the product is materially defective.
