1. Agreement to Terms

5.1. Shipping Partners: All orders are shipped via third-party carrier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, local postal services). We are not liable for the actions, delays, or failures of these independent carriers.
5.2. Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Once the product is in the carrier's possession, any damage, loss, or theft during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
5.3. Claims for Shipping Damage: We will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier for any items damaged in transit. Resolution of the claim is subject to the carrier's investigation and approval.
5.4. Our Role: Our sole responsibility is to package products securely and deliver them to the shipping carrier in undamaged condition. Our liability for any order ends upon this transfer.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
